Free of charge on all orders. No minimum spend required. We deliver anywhere in South Africa via PUDO lockers and PUDO door-to-door.

A standard delivery fee of R150 applies when using courier services other than PUDO.

Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for major cities. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.

All fragrances are carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in protective boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Return Policy

  • ✓ PUDO Returns: Customers are responsible for the return delivery fee. Once the item is received, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
  • ✓ Other Service Providers: SPHOSCENTS will cover the return delivery cost. The full purchase amount will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

  • ✓ Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • ✓ A full refund will be issued to the customer for timely cancellations.

How to Return or Cancel

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or cancellation.
  3. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Send it back using the provided return label or courier details.
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
